i found the hotel impeccably clean. the superior double room had a balcony with a distant view of the eiffel tower. the hotel staff were helpful but also respected my privacy.
the bar advertised in the listing remained closed during my entire stay. i had anticipated enjoying a drink there in the evenings, it would have been a nice way to end the day.

the hotel offered a useful roissybus service connecting charles de gaulle airport directly with the opera without any intermediate stops (it's quite convenient!). the ticket cost me €13, and the journey was approximately 1 hour.

the breakfast buffet featured fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, and cereals, i appreciated this. i also enjoyed the variety of breads, fresh vegetables, and sliced meats on offer (especially the pancakes!).

the receptionist was kind i cherish their quick help finding my daughter's airpods after check out. it created such peace of mind it was all done within minutes. the receptionists and housekeeping were so kindhearted i appreciated our stay so much.
the bar advertised on the listing wasn't open a real disappointment. my room had no outdoor furniture despite having a balcony. the room service breakfast arrived late causing some stress before departure.

The location was amazing! It was super close to the Opéra Garnier. The breakfast offered a great selection. I really enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit, juices, and cooked-to-order eggs. The staff was also very friendly. They were always ready to help with directions.
The hotel felt a bit outdated. The amenities were pretty basic, and the room seemed smaller than I expected. The bar was closed which was a bit disappointing. The lack of acknowledgment of my honeymoon upon arrival felt impersonal.

we had a wonderful four night stay last june. the air conditioning worked perfectly, great because it was warm outside. the beds offered really good comfort, and the bathroom was modern and well kept. i particularly enjoyed the drinks we had several nights at the hotel bar (the bartender made a mean old fashioned!).
It was difficult for my whole family to fit in at once, but taking the stairs wasn't a big issue for us.

The room was clean. Climate control was available, and I appreciated it . The hotel location is convenient. It is near transit stops and set back on a quiet side street.
The bar was closed . I saw it advertised in the hotel listing, but it was not available. There was no acknowledgement of our honeymoon on arrival. This contrasted with other experiences we had in France.
